Data privacy statement

Your data, your judgment.

What we collect, how we use it, and the control the customer keeps.

Effective date: October 23, 2026 · Last updated: October 23, 2026

Your company’s decisions are its most valuable asset. This statement explains what we collect, how we use it, and the control you keep.

Who we are

This statement covers Super Intelligence Inc. (a Delaware corporation) and its Singapore subsidiary, SuperMem Pte. Ltd. (together, “we”). For customer workspaces, we act as a data processor on your behalf; you remain the controller of your data.

What we collect

  • Account data: name, work email, company and role.
  • Workspace data: the goals, documents, connected-system data, agent activity, decisions and outcomes you choose to bring into the product.
  • Usage data: product interactions, device and log data, used to run and secure the service.
  • Demo request data: the name, title, company website and business email you give us when you ask for a demo, and what you tell us you want solved. Booking a time is handled by a third-party scheduling service, Calendly.
  • Website data: this site sets no tracking or advertising cookies and does not track visitors across sites.

How we use it

  • To provide the service you asked for: keeping your agents in sync, making and reviewing decisions, and reporting to your team.
  • To secure, maintain and support the service.
  • To communicate with you about your account, and to prepare for and follow up on a demo you asked for.

What we never do

  • We do not sell your data.
  • We do not use one customer’s confidential data to serve another customer.

Your control

  • Permissions: you decide which systems we connect to and which actions agents may take.
  • Audit: every automated decision is logged with its evidence.
  • Deletion: you can delete workspace data, or ask us to, at any time. Decision memory is designed to be forgettable.
  • Your rights: depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, and to object to some processing (including under the GDPR and Singapore’s PDPA). Contact us to exercise them.

Security

We protect data with encryption in transit and at rest, access controls on a least-privilege basis, and logging of administrative access.

Sub-processors and transfers

We use carefully selected service providers to host and run the service. A current list is available on request. Where data moves across borders, we use appropriate safeguards.

Retention

We keep workspace data for as long as your account is active, and delete it after account closure within the period set out in your customer agreement, unless the law requires otherwise.
